I. The kitchen
Exactly What You Get For $37.
Mama Odessa’s Complete Soul Food Kitchen Method: seven files, one download, everything below inside it.

The Method is the whole kitchen. Each part below can also be bought on its own.
Mama Odessa’s Complete 90-Day Soul Food Kitchen Program, 106 pages. Week 1 is planned for you meal by meal; the next twelve weeks give you the method: one list a week, which food to use first, tomorrow’s lunch from tonight’s supper, and my minute-by-minute Sunday timetable.
199 pages. 46 recipes and 46 kitchen secrets, measured at last.
133 pages. 60 more family recipes, 1930s through 1980s.
22 pages. Saturday prep, the Sunday timetable for one oven, large-print recipe cards, and the page for when something goes wrong.
Four pages for the refrigerator door: the Sunday planner, the pantry check, what to use when you are out of something, and how to tell when each dish is done.
Five printable pages to write down your own family’s recipes before they go with the cook.
Price per plate for my cheapest classics, with the arithmetic and the sources.
You save $97. You can buy each part on its own at the prices above; the whole kitchen costs less than the program alone, which is why I sell it as one. When I add recipes or correct a page, I email you the new edition at no charge.
My 30-day promise, and you keep the files
Cook from it for a month. If my books and my week do not make your kitchen easier or cheaper, reply to my delivery email within 30 days of your purchase and I will return your full $37 to your original payment method. You keep everything you downloaded.
What happens after you pay
- You pay $37 once through Stripe.
- Your private download page opens right away, with all seven files.
- I email the same links to the address you used at checkout.
II. Five o’clock, every day
A Full Cart, Climbing Prices, And Nothing For Supper.
Where you are
- A refrigerator full of groceries and no answer for supper at five o’clock.
- Oxtail at $10 to $11 a pound, greens gone slimy by Thursday, almost $3,000 a year thrown away.
- Big Mama never wrote it down, and the grands ask for it.
Where I take you
- Every supper this week decided, the list written, one trip to the store.
- Sunday dinner for six for about $31, from a $2-a-pound bird.
- The recipes written down and measured, so the grands can cook them too.
That is what the seven files above do. The recipes, measured. The week, planned. The list, written. The cost, shown. Not a course and not an app: my kitchen, written down, on your screen or printed at home in one minute.
III. The honest math
Where The Grocery Money Goes. And Where It Stops Going.
First, what the average American household spends on food each month. Then the same month for two people cooking every meal from my first-week plan, at this summer’s average store prices. The left side is the government average, a household of about two and a half people. The right side is two people and no takeout. Most homes land in between.

IV. What a plate really costs
These Are The Meals That Fed Us On Very Little. They Still Do.

One-pot chicken and rice
Chicken legs $1.72 a pound, rice, onion, celery, a little butter. Feeds four.
Big Mama’s hotcakes

Smothered pork chops and cabbage
Bone-in chops $4.24 a pound, green cabbage $0.83 a pound, onion, gravy.
Rice and gravy
Rice, flour, butter, milk. The supper that stretched every Thursday.
My Sunday dinner

Core ingredients at U.S. average store prices (BLS, July 2026; USDA ERS). Your store will differ.
V. Your first week
Cook Big Four Times. Eat Seven Nights. One Grocery List.
Every item on the list shows the amount for two and for four to six. You buy once, you cook big four times, and tomorrow’s portion goes in the refrigerator before you sit down. Then twelve more weeks, one habit at a time.

A note from Mama Odessa
Nobody In My Family Owned A Cookbook. Now You Do.
I’m Odessa Mae, born and raised in Humphreys County, Mississippi. I cook the way my mama and her mama did: cast iron, a full garden, nothing thrown out. The women I grew up with carried everything in their hands, and when those hands stopped moving, the knowing went with them.
So I wrote it down and measured it, every recipe, and I planned the first week for you so you never stand in front of the refrigerator wondering.
If you need help with your files or want to use my guarantee, reply to the email that brings your files and I will take care of you. I answer every message myself.
VIII. Questions
Your Questions, Answered Plainly.
Will you mail me a printed book?
No. I give you seven PDF files. They open on a phone, a tablet, or a computer, and you can print any page at home. Nothing ships.
Is the $85 a week a promise?
No. It is arithmetic: my first week for two people, every meal, priced at the U.S. average store prices the Bureau of Labor Statistics and the USDA publish, with the sources under the table and the same arithmetic in the cost sheet you download. Your store, your appetite and your family size will move that number.
Do you plan every meal for all 90 days, all 270 of them?
No. I plan the first seven days meal by meal. For the next twelve weeks I give you the method: one list a week, which food to use first, and how to turn tonight’s supper into tomorrow’s lunch. You pick the recipes from the two cookbooks, 46 in one and 60 in the other.
Can I use it for one or two people, or for four to six?
Yes. Every shopping list has a column for two and a column for four to six, and I show you which extra portions to use again or freeze.
Do I need an app, an account, or a password?
No. Your download page opens as soon as Stripe confirms your payment, and I email you the same links.
How does your 30-day guarantee work?
Reply to the email that brings your files, within 30 days of your purchase. I will return the full $37 to your original payment method, and you keep the files.
Can I buy only one part?
Yes, every part has its own price: the 90-day meal plan, $47; Cookbook 1, $22; Cookbook 2, $15; the Sunday Dinner System, $17; the Pantry and Planner Cards, $12; the Family Recipe Memory Kit, $12; What Every Supper Costs, $9. One by one that is $134; the whole Method is $37.
How do I open the files on my phone?
Tap the download button and the file opens in the reader your phone already has. To keep it, tap the share icon and choose “Save to Files” or “Download”. Any page prints at home. If you get stuck, reply to the email that brings your files and I will walk you through it.
What information does this page use?
My page sets one small cookie for 32 days so it does not count you twice if you come back, and it counts button clicks. No advertising trackers. Stripe handles your payment, and I never see your card number.
I Wrote It Down And Planned Your First Week. Now It Is Yours.
Seven files, $134 if bought one by one, for one payment of $37. Thirty days to decide, and you keep the files either way.
